Mission Network NY is designed to give independent community nonprofits access to connections, resources and capabilities that can be difficult to build alone. Your organization remains independent. Your network becomes stronger.
FIRST YEAR COMPLIMENTARY
Mission Network NY is being built with community organizations — not simply for them. Qualified New York community nonprofits participating during the founding period receive their first year of membership at no cost while helping shape the network, its resources, technology and priorities.
Applicants confirm their nonprofit status by uploading their IRS determination letter (or fiscal sponsor documentation) with their application.

Membership access
COST SHOULD NEVER BE THE REASON A QUALIFIED COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION CANNOT PARTICIPATE.
Every community organization should have an opportunity to access the network, regardless of its administrative budget. The Membership Access Fund will allow corporations, foundations, donors and institutional partners to sponsor memberships for qualifying community nonprofits.

What membership may cost later.
A future dues structure may be introduced as the network develops. These levels are proposed — not final — and no organization is charged during the founding period.
Membership dues help support the infrastructure, technology, resources and services required to operate the network. Mission Network NY also intends to develop sponsored memberships, fee waivers and access-supported options so cost does not become a barrier.
